禪屋米胖工坊自 2005 年起，以在地食材為基礎，投入天然、無添加的米穀烘焙與新式中式米食創作。除了展現米食的多元風味，工坊周圍的自然景觀也是一大特色，每年二月至四月的紫色花景，以及四季點綴的九重葛，讓訪客在品嚐美食之餘，也能感受隨季節變化的自然之美。
Since 2005, 禪屋米胖工坊 has specialized in rice- and grain-based baked goods and contemporary Chinese-style rice foods, emphasizing local ingredients and additive-free preparation. Beyond its food offerings, the workshop is surrounded by seasonal greenery and flowers. Purple blossoms appear from February to April, while bougainvillea adds color throughout the year, creating a welcoming setting where food and nature come together.
