虎珍堂 森之院將近百年歷史的傳統三合院活化為日式禪風庭園，結合台灣工藝、地方美食與文化體驗。園區特色甜點「地瓜豆腐冰」融合地瓜圓、香草地瓜醬、蜜芋頭與蓮子；長達 60 公分的「虎尾巴」則以酥香外皮包裹地瓜餡，呼應虎尾地方意象。透過老屋空間與在地農產，展現雲林的文化與飲食特色。
虎珍堂 森之院 transforms a nearly century-old traditional courtyard house into a Japanese Zen-inspired garden, bringing together Taiwanese crafts, local cuisine, and cultural experiences. Signature desserts include sweet potato tofu ice and the 60-centimeter-long “Tiger Tail” pastry filled with sweet potato. The venue celebrates Huwei’s heritage through architecture, regional ingredients, and creative food.
